Shuja Nawaz, director of the Atlantic Council’s South Asia Center, published an op-ed entitled “Pakistan’s Summer of Chaos” in Foreign Policy.  As Pakistan’s leaders prepare for a major campaign in the FATA, Nawaz warns that a failure to take into account the lessons from Swat could be disastrous.
