Shuja Nawaz, director of the South Asia Center at the Atlantic Council, published an op-ed in the newly-launched AfPak Channel at Foreign Policy.  The article, entitled “And the Winner is…,” predicts the winner of the elections in Afghanistan the day before ballot-casting begins.
